Helping Veteran Rick Neil: Before
Helping people in the community is important for many reasons, and on April 6th the Branson-Hollister Senior Center partnered with Home Depot to do just that. Using a grant from the Home Depot Foundation, the two groups joined forces to remove an unsturdy deck at veteran Rick Neil’s house and rebuild it complete with a new wheelchair ramp.
After
Home Depot supplied the tools and lumber needed, and Mr. G’s graciously donated a pizza lunch for the workers. The team also completed a new rock flower bed beside the ramp.
This is the Center’s second completed project with Home Depot.
A special thanks to Home Depot for supporting our local veterans!
